Scope:
- Process supplier invoice and prepare payments.
- Process with customer and supplier invoice data entry.
- Assisting in month-end, yearly closing & audit.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible for Accounts Payable activities including payment processing.
- Responsible for Accounts Receivable activities including recording of collection from customers.

Job Description Process Engineer
- Meeting with Head of Production & Head of QC to assess existing processes.
- To ensure machinists and production operators have ability to carry out their job independently and effectively.
- Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
- Performing risk assessments.
- Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
- Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
- Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
- Performing optimization tests.
- Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
- Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process, and monitoring upgrades systems.
- Providing to Head of Production & Head of QC the process documents and standard operating procedures.
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Candidate must possess a Diploma qualification or and above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as a process engineer.

Job Description Mechanical Engineer
- Develops mechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from production.
- Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests; analysing and synthesizing data; determining root causes.
- Working closely with other disciplines, apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve equipment, systems and process problems using strong analytical methodologies.
- Lead the mechanical system design effort from early prototyping through mass production.
- Oversee the mechanical design execution with internal, subcontract and supplier resources.
- Proficiency CAD drawing & design tools (SolidWorks)
- Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Description Production Planner
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules upon receiving orders from customers.
- Analyse backlog orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production operation based on customer demand and timeline.
- Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
- Analyse production capacity, material availability, and lead times to determine the feasibility of production plans.
- Determine manpower, equipment, tool and raw materials needed to meet production demand.
- Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and supplies needed for production.
- Follow up with incoming raw material needed for production.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve productivity and economy of scale by consolidating orders per run.
- Responsible to ensure the effectiveness and consistency workflow according to company ISO 9001 system.
- Monitor manufacturing schedule, analyse delays/interruptions and adjust production schedule to meet customer timeline.

Scope

Responsibilities
- Sells manufacturing service by implementing industry, regional and account sales plans.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and account and projecting expected sales volumes, following company sales strategy.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Manage customer / account through regular interaction and feedback
- Identify sales opportunity and future company needs to generate greater revenue
- Define selling price and selling tactic for each account. Plans and monitors targeted results.
