Job Description Account and Administration Assistant

Scope:

1. Process supplier invoice and prepare payments.
2. Process with customer and supplier invoice data entry.
3. Assisting in month-end, yearly closing & audit.
4. Assist in administrative tasks.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Responsible for Accounts Payable activities including payment processing.
2. Responsible for Accounts Receivable activities including recording of collection from customers.
3. Reconciliation of supplier statements with accounting records.
4. Dealing with debtors and creditors for discrepancies.
5. Prepare bank reconciliation for all banks.
6. Support in weekly bank balance report.
7. Support in preparation of monthly sales report.
8. Support on yearly stock counting.
9. Support on administrative matters.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software.
2. Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks.

4. Candidate must possess at least SPM with 3 years of relevant experience.
5. Candidate posses with Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduated Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent with 1 year experience.

Job Description Process Engineer

1. Meeting with Head of Production & Head of QC to assess existing processes.
2. To ensure machinists and production operators have ability to carry out their job independently and effectively.
3. Drafting process ideas to reduce costs and improve production rates.
4. Performing risk assessments.
5. Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems.
6. Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards.
7. Performing process simulations and troubleshooting issues.
8. Performing optimization tests.
9. Developing routines and best practices to ensure product quality.
10. Developing standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process, and monitoring upgrades systems.
11. Providing to Head of Production & Head of QC the process documents and standard operating procedures.
12. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess a Diploma qualification or and above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years of work experience as a process engineer.
3. Experience with process simulations and standard operating procedures.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
6. Disciplined with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Job Description Mechanical Engineer

1. Develops mechanical products by studying customer requirements; researching and testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials; soliciting observations from production.
2. Determines engineering requirements by conducting inspections and analytical tests; analysing and synthesizing data; determining root causes.
3. Working closely with other disciplines, apply troubleshooting expertise to resolve equipment, systems and process problems using strong analytical methodologies.
4. Lead the mechanical system design effort from early prototyping through mass production.
5. Oversee the mechanical design execution with internal, subcontract and supplier resources.
6. Proficiency CAD drawing & design tools (SolidWorks)
7. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess a Diploma qualification or and above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or relevant field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience with CAD software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
3. Experience in working with industrial design, product marketing, suppliers, quality, regulatory, and manufacturing is preferred.

Job Description Production Planner

1. Develop and maintain daily/weekly production schedules upon receiving orders from customers.
2. Analyse backlog orders, current orders and upcoming orders to prioritize, plan and schedule the production operation based on customer demand and timeline.
3. Plan and prioritise operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
4. Analyse production capacity, material availability, and lead times to determine the feasibility of production plans.
5. Determine manpower, equipment, tool and raw materials needed to meet production demand.
6. Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the timely availability of materials and supplies needed for production.
7. Follow up with incoming raw material needed for production.
8. Collaborate with the production team to improve productivity and economy of scale by consolidating orders per run.
9. Responsible to ensure the effectiveness and consistency workflow according to company ISO 9001 system.
10. Monitor manufacturing schedule, analyse delays/interruptions and adjust production schedule to meet customer timeline.
11. Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

1. Candidate must possess at least SPM or tertiary education.
2. Minimum 3 years related experience in production planning control.
3. Independent, proactive, self-motivated
4. Disciplined with good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
5. Good knowledge in computer skills: MS Office, especially in Excel.

Job Description Sales Manager

Scope

1. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
2. Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
3. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships

Responsibilities

1. Sells manufacturing service by implementing industry, regional and account sales plans.
2. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and account and projecting expected sales volumes, following company sales strategy.
3. Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
4. Manage customer / account through regular interaction and feedback
5. Identify sales opportunity and future company needs to generate greater revenue
6. Define selling price and selling tactic for each account. Plans and monitors targeted results.
7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
